with opening day on everyone's mind keystone cranks out some overtime to get us up and down a run or two.
meanwhile we spend our days waiting in line at the basin and braving the ribbon of death, mogulpark, and gaper heaven
getting some quality RandD done out back and snapping boards in the process, and
partying like savages


a little time spent grooming the backyard let us play for a couple days. the neighborhood came down to check it out, next time more snow and better features.

graced with a snowstorm for the last two days, resorts are opening one by one like dominoes falling east to west. nightmare made it out with the dirty dozen crew for opening day at The Legend.

its getting colder in summit and we all know that that means, summer is over and it's almost time to slay. it has been an intensely busy couple months since you saw us last, the end of the season and the beginning of our nightmare!
we figured the best way to show everyone our work is to shit out all the great pics from the last post until now.




as a soft opening we threw a rail jam in the parking lot of the factory. truck after truck of snow and seasonal colorado weather kept us on the rail all night. thanks to all the competitors who signed up and the partygoers who helped us keep it alive. looking forward to more and more of these throughout the next season.


our factory! growing so much we might not be able to stay here for next season. 1100 square feet and industry standard tools! racing the snow this spring trying to get some RandD done.

springtime in the rockies allows us some unique pleasures. joe rides his chopper to the basin with snowboards in tow. last couple days out there!

fresh grass and summer weather cant hide the character of this place. a visit back to historic gilman colorado where we spent time shredding all season. this time we found treasures and scoped new hits for the upcoming winter.

guess who moved into a new warehouse! nightmare comes up huge and expands into a factory three times the size of the old one. first task is getting the break room ready with a dope miniramp, putting green, and couchland. we cant keep people from riding, danny and joe killin it on the mini before its all even screwed together.

fording streams in the tacoma, its not all about snow here in colorado. we have to find other activities to entertain us in the summer.

thanks to wagner rentals we scored a free bobcat for the weekend to get the presses over to the new spot. almost ready for production, starting to look like a real factory.

after a visit from chris rose we decided its time to take a few steps back and turn away from the digital age. for maximum photo performance in optical precision we've decided we'd rather wait two weeks for film to develop and gamble with our photo "accuracy". crossing our fingers in anticipation to whether or not we actually "got the shot". i found these two cameras in denver for 3 dollars, they are the ultimate. fuck photoshop, lets see what really happened...

Episode 4-Dead City

Been sitting here at home nursing the knee waiting for the time to come next week where I fly back Colorado for closing weekend at Copper. I found some stuff that hasn't been used yet and threw it together to a song of my buddies band from Chattanooga, TN. Don't worry, I didn't ruin the surprise of the rad stuff for the film.

april 15th. resorts start locking their doors and everyone goes back to texas. stoked!

black&blue

broken collarbone, two separate breaks in her spine, broken nose, surgery on her right eye, and a medical bill that could put all the scrubs at the keystone foodcourt through college. lomo has been ripping all year and was just finishing up filming with us for the season. wanting to get some more shots from breck, she came back turbo-worked but not broken. shes made it through her surguries and we all wish her luck in a speedy recovery to put her back in the saddle at mt. hood this summer.

times are tight and unexpected medical bills dont make things any easier. while doctors are rad and did a great job helping fix lomo, they need to get paid too. i happened to be in the hospital room when the financial department gave lomo the great news on the tab she just acquired. im not sure if she wants everyone to know what the medical bills are, but i assure you it is no joke. the point is, lomo might need some help and we are in the middle of setting up a way to donate. any help at all is appreciated. until then, good luck lomo. you slayed all season.
